Who called from 4346641107

I am sick of getting at LEAST 2 phone calls a day from this #.  Since they dont leave me a message i assume this is just a solicitor calling.  Enough already

I am called by these people at least 2 times a day everyday.
The two times I answered, 5 months ago, they said they were a third party for Columbia Gas. Upon calling Columbia Gas I find they do not use this service. Good thing I never gave them my information.

They call at least 3 times a week but I do not pick up. They will not leave a message.

I answered and they hung up with no one there.
