They called at 9:40 A. M. Jan 21, 2014. Caller ID gave this number and UNKNOWN NAME. Two long pauses after saying hello twice yet it wasn't even an automated call was bizarre. When the live operator finally began to speak, the woman with a strong foreign accent started her content by unfoundedly announcing that "my," (she did not use anybody's name) "order," was "ready to 'ship,' and that "my," ("again," "no-name,") "insurance," would-have "covered," it--; a so-called "back brace." that I had never "ordered." When I finally persuaded her to tell me who she was all she would do was to state the term "Senior Care," without telling me either who "they" were or what role she served with them, nor her own name. When I asked for the "name" on whatever "account" this item was allegedly "ordered--;" or, "what," "insurance-policy," allegedly "covered" it--; her response became that "she didn't have any 'information,' ," about "any-of," that, "Repeatedly," in "the same," absurdist, "this-is all-normal," "tone--;" (I told her that then she should not be calling anyone, and that I was considering her to be a scammer and that I was therefore hanging-up. Then she gratingly-patronizingly presumed to "thank-at," me--; as if the concept of an "apology," were not in her repertoire.)
Called yesterday and again this AM. Man with foreign accent. Something about a back brace covered by insurance. Told him I didn't need one and hung up.
