One would think that Sprint or the FCC could easily track down the perpetrator of this scam. How hard could it be to trace the source of what appears to be hundreds of text messages from the same source. I too have a Sprint mobile phone with a San Antonio phone number. The idiots propagating this scam have been sending text messages to my phone for months. I even asked Sprint to block certain text messages from my phone and they still get through. Does anybody work in the fraud department of Sprint or the FCC or did they get laid off due to sequestration?
Received same text as most " dear generation fcu member your account has been frozen..."
I don't have an account with Generations. I also have Sprint and have been receiving lots of spam texts.
I woke up this morning with this same text. The bad thing is I do have an account there. I checked my account on-line and it is okay. They sure are getting sly trying to get money. I am also on Sprint...hmmmm....
