Didn't answer and left no message.  Caller ID said "Concord, VA". Call was in a batch of about 7 or 8 unknown callers within about an hour period.  I suspect robocalls.  Received barrage of similar calls from reported scam/telemarketer callers.  Almost like there's some caller list being sold and circulated.  I'm on the DNC (for whatever value THAT may be...NOT!).
