Robodialed call. Operator mentioned Ohio Edison and fixed electric rates. When asked said she was with "Titan." When pressed who Titan was, hung up abruptly.
This number is a spoof number. I tried to add it to my selective call number block list from TWC. The number comes up as an invalid number. It says the 4th digit can't be a 0 or a 1.
