Caller ID says only "NAME NOT FOUND." The number itself looks phony, although it might be from the Cleveland, Ohio, area, since this part of the United States has been a hotbed in recent months with various utility customers trying to get new customers to switch from their current utility company. However, my online call-blocking service already had the number blacklisted. It was blocked after only one ring. So, go ahead and block the number, too.
Spoofed number trying to slam your current Electric provider. Do yourself a favor and don't answer the call. You can also avoid your electric company being slammed by contacting your provider and telling them not to allow it.
this call came on 07/18/2016 @ 2:36p.m. did not leave a message. get a lot of this type numbers such as 4401110000,4401120000. they have to be phony numbers. on the do not call list. that means do not call. Quit calling period. take number off your internal calling list. known for scam or fraud and spam.

I agree as someone said earlier, there should be a way to stop fake numbers from being able to go out to calling others.
