I have gotten 15 messages from them 4 with a different company names, they can't remember the script these folks have pulled our data off the internet maybe u went in search of a loan or payday advance or whatever that is how they got your info i gave all the info to my local F.B.I and when he called the hung up on him.People listen if you had a real case your local Sheriff or constable would serve you .DO NOT PANIC these are all a scam contact your local F.B.I because they are in the U.S. and they can put the out of business for good here's a link they you may find handy. http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx
Just rceived a call...automation stated to hold for investivator...I did out of curiosity...male refused to tell me his name or who he was looking for...So I cussed his [***] out and he called me a b****..yeah no "law firm" would do that....knew it was scam and I didnt even get any information from him...
They called me today and said i would be arrested if i didnt agree to resitution.said i owed on a loan.he knew the bank i was with at that time.he had me nervous stating they will be obligated to have a warrant for my arrest...its this real or fake?? He gave me a case# and his name and # i dont know what to believe. Real or fake???
You have nothing to worry about. This is a complete scam. I dealt with these people years ago and they had Indian accents claiming I was involved in a case with "criminal charges" against me, which was complete b.s. Any true law firm or sheriff will serve you papers if this is real. They asked for payment info to stop the charges, so I gave them phony credit card numbers to mess with them, and man, were they pissed!! Then I asked if they were aware of how many people online, including me, have reported their number and activity to the police and F.B.I. ? They hang up. They still call once in a while and I delete their messages asap. You're fine. Don't be worried. Report them to the police and never answer any numbers you don't recognize. Hope this helps!!
