I just tried to call the number back using the call back feature on my phone, as well as dialing manually. it had only been 5 minutes since I recieved the call, and a recording came on that said that number is not in service.
I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ALL DAY AND WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER BACK IT SAYS THENUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE. WHO THE HELL IS THIS? AND WHY DO YOU KEEP CALLING?

I got a call from someone from this number and actually managed to find out that this number is being used by a company called Voncore Global or something like that. It looks like sixtel is some kind of phone company and these people are just using their number.
