I just got a call from these people, said press one to speak to a representative. I did and as soon as the lady picked up and asked how I can help you I told her if I received a call from this number again I would file harassment charges with the local police as well as contact the Federal Trade Commission and have a nice day. Hopefully this works.
Got a call this morning from Richard White with Pre Trial invest. Pending case in office that needs immediate attention. Need to talk to you or attorney of record . If I don't hear from you or your attorney I'll assume you don't want to take of this. Cover yourself according

They left a few messages stating to call them or have my attorney call them. I finally returned the call to tell them to stop calling. The guy that answered was very rude - trying to act like a tough guy. When I laughed at him he got irate and screamed "go pick this a**hole up!" and hung up.
They're not smart enough to pull off the scam!
I got a call to told me 600.00 to settle or warrant would be issued in my county for phoney check cashing fraud instate wire transfer. told them to send warrant they said they will in 24 hours I told them I was going to Police to turn myself in and needed their name for the police. the lady yelled and said I not tell you to go turn yourself in I said I was sending a warrant I said send it.
