It's a Scam trying to record u saying yes. On call back they try to act like a live person. The guy says his name is Mark Morrison. Says he is with the National Patrolman . They try to get u to say YES. I saw this scam on the local news. 10tv news out of Columbus Ohio. I call theses numbers back on a so called burner phone. It's just another scam
