They are some India based mortgage company trying to get you to refinance your mortgage.  Has no one learned yet?? "go with who you know" wasn't part of the "mortgage crisis" due to foreigners buying mortgages and then up charging people and basically kicking them out of their homes because they could not afford the changes that these bums made to their mortgage? Our government needs to do something about this stuff, but until then BE SMART people!!!
