Called my cell phone, smae psiel about lowering credit card rate to 6.9%. I pressed 1, asked who they were as they called me. The operator obviously spoke Endlish as a second language, and hung up immediately when I asked who he was. Called back, just because I was in a snotty mood, and pressed 2 to be put on their do not call list.
I saved these folks in my cell phone under "Hangupholes". Whenever any one of these SCAMMERS call I always save the number and then add them to my REJECT list because they are, pardon the pun, rejects and don't ever bother saying anything when I answer. This is obviously nobody you want to talk to. File them under SCAMMERS!
Just called my cell - didn't recognize the number, so of course, I didn't answer, and did not expect a vm message. To my surprise, they left one. It sounded familiar. Missed the beginning - "....contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rates to as low as 6.9%. Your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice. Please press 1 now on your phone to speak to a live operator (as opposed to a dead one?) and lower your interest rates. Or press 2 to discontinue further notices. Thank you and have a great day!" Can't figure out what this spam call is about - my mortgage interest rate is much lower than 6.9%, I pay my credit card bills in full every month, and I don't have any other loans..... If I press 2 to 'discontinue further messages' they will know this is a valid number for salescum to cmb to try to sell me solar panels or something. The funny thing is - I have received identical voicemails previously, stating this would be my final notice. SO STOP CALLING ME! Hahaha!
