Calls atleast 5 times a week, no voicemail message left or anything. I dont answer numbers I dont know and if you dont leave a voicemail, then its probably a scam.
I just got a call after my neighbor had a medical emergency. I answered because it was a local area code, and I thought it was the neighbor's family. The caller said my auto insurance was going to go up. WTF?! I asked what company she was calling from, and she said the National Insurance Institute. I hung up on her, checked this site after tending to my neighbor, and blocked this number. It amounts to this: "Sorry that you wanted to use your phone to call 911 for your neighbor. We want to waste your time with some bull crap." These people are scum bags. Karma will call them later.
