ARS.......buys up questionable medical debts then drives you crazy. Told by Cleveland Clinic ER biller over a year ago, the Clinic says my bill was paid by insurance company and I owe nothing. This foriegn MD is trying to scam and has sold mine and probably others to these folks to support Isis.
Called at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. Wrong number, very rude. Hung up, I called back. They would not answer. Tried back in a little while, they answered. I complained to them, they hung up again. [***]!!!
