Earlier I got a call from 216 630-5554 (look it up on 800notes) and I chose to mess with them and waste their time taking a survey which was supposed to garner me a free cruise.  I did not complete the process at the end of the survey because my goal was only to waste some of their time.  A little while later I received a call from this 440-226-8263 number.  The guy was following up on the previous call and wanted to set up my free cruise.  I talked with him for a very long time and he simply would not take no for an answer.  Yes, I could have hung up at any time, but I was trying to insure they would never call me again.  He ended up putting a lady on the phone and then I engaged her in similar conversation for several minutes.  She at least realized early on that I was not falling for their BS and she agreed to take my number off their list.   I hope they never call me again, but I'm sure they will :(
