Who called from 4402411071

Received a call. I didnt answer

Don't answer calls for numbers I don't know.  It just had a phone number, left no message.
I am thinking of leaving a message on my phone that says:

No name
No number
No message
No answer

Rang twice but there was no one there when I answered.  Did not leave a message.

received call didn't answer called back 3 times to a busy signal.

Received the call from a woman who asked for me by name.   However, she hung up after I asked who she was ... weird.
