I received a call from this them AM. Stated they were Builtmore (sp) and that they were calling on behalf of some payday loan place I apparently defaulted on. Wanted me to pay some 375 or something along those lines. I asked her to send me validation... to which she states she had. FALSE, she sent a bill validation is showing the original loan and payments, etc. I told her I would look for her validation in the mail, until then I was through speaking to her and hung up. To which she immediately called back stating they had send validation, and they were not required to do so. FALSE - they are required to send you validation. Please do not fall for these phony scams people.
Called from a call center called "Complete Verify" to my work office to my verify employment. Requested job title and office address. Could not say why they were verifying employment. Said they work for a third party and aren't given the reason for the employment verifications. Super strange.
Got a similar call at my office from Complete Verify asking to confirm my (own) employment at the company I own. When questioned they said I applied for something and they need to verify employment. I ask for company info that hired them. They didn't know....yea right. Not sure what their scam is but would not give them any info.
They kept calling my employer to verify employment. When questioned they freaked and hung up. When I googled the number it comes back to a locksmith in Ohio
