Got a call from this number the voice mail states there calling from pre-trial intervention. They need to speak with me or my attorney of record. If they do not hear from me it will be documented that I waive my right to counsel. The caller never asks for anyone by name nor does he identify where he's calling from. I just got a call from this same number and just like HJR they had all my information so I asked what it was about it was from a payday loan that was paid off more than 8 yrs ago than he proceeds to tell me it was charged off in 2012.. I called back and some woman answered no company name she just said litigation services.. I told her I contacted the local authorities she said well what are they going to tell us not to call? So I hung up. But having experience in debt collection they are in violation of several FDCPA LAWS.
