I have started received calls from the number discussed above. They started a couple days ago and I have received 2 of them. Only half the message gets recorded but it included the part about "waiving my right to counsel".
Robo-call, caller id said, "International", but female voice on recorded message that was left on machine stating that it is a Sarah Haines from 'pretrial intervention' and that a case is pending in the office that needs immediate attention, and if the company does not hear from the called individual or their attorney, it will be documented that a 'right to council' will be waived, and that the case will be submitted, and to "govern yourself accordingly". I have NO legal actions pending whatsoever, and in such actions, phone calls are not made by a third party. This is most definitely a SCAM and they use various numbers and call DAILY.
I got another call from this phone # again. Normally, don't answer but I did today and they wanted me to continue the call by pressing 1; I hung up. After reading the msg from "sick of these calls" I realized that it was just as I had expected; another scam!
Received calls once a day since Monday. Haven't answered. The scary is that they're calling a Goolge Voice number and not my local number. It is the pretrial which if I had any pending problems, I would have gotten a certified letter about it. Come on, people, if you're going to scam someone try and do it right
