It was the infamous Rachel with Card Services!  I guess the contest to get rid of her only worked for a short time!  TWC has the ability to block all but 30 preapproved numbers.  I'm about ready to set that function up.  I get far more scam calls than I do calls from people I want to talk to!  They can always call my cell!
