Just received a call from this number. Said "Hello" 3 times, no answer. Then they hung up. When I called the number back, it says, "Please enter your account number." How do they get my number? This is a brand new, unlisted cell phone.

I too get calls from number and as 'Annoyed' stated above get the same announcement to please enter your account number. Maybe one of two things - an Automatic Dialer Announcement Device (ADAD) that is seeing the best time to have you answer the phone so they can call back or a ADAD with no recording. If you have 'Call Block' just enter the number - else do not answer. If they are calling your cellphone number, create an address entry called 'DO NOT ANSWER' and select a ringtone of silent. That should get you through the day - good luck!
