Received a call from this # (Reginald Woods) stating that my lawyer or myself must respond immediately and when I called back it was a woman who was looking for my husband because they were going to enter a warrant for his arrest. Funny thing is I told her he has been in the Federal custody for almost 2 years. Twice They have put me on hold forever...I hung up and googled the # and I see it's a scam of some sort. Thanks
They called I actually acted like I believed him and he kept changing his story. I assumed it was a fraud. This is why I regret taking out a loan ever since they received my information from them.
I received a call from this Reginald Woods, Pretrial Intervention. Said that I have a pending case in their office that needs my immediate attention. They need to speak with me or my attorney of record immediately today. His number is 440-345-7151. If he did not hear from us in 24 hours, he will document that I've waived my right to counsel and submit my case. This is all a pre-recorded message. I figured it was a scam, but looked it up just to make sure. I then called the number back. You get someone in Litigation support. I went on to say that I had received a bogus message and was calling to find out more about this bogus info. I didn't even get finished with the comment before they immediately hung up the phone. Definitely scammers.
