Who called from 4403523939

I traced the call back - it was from Congressman Dave Joyce's auto caller. I left a return polite number asking them to delete our home phone number. I understand that non profits and government numbers are exempt from the do not call lit - but the next time I get calls like this - I have devised a plan to impress on them to not call in the evening again. Trust me, the plan will work.

Some one called Dave Joyce called (robocall), woke me up for no reason with their stupid call.

I refuse to answer numbers I don't know. 4 calls in an hour since I didn't.
