recorded message regarding lowering my credit card interest.  Doesn't identify the credit card company.  asks to hit "1" to speak to a representative.  no identification of the caller.  no answer when I return the call.  I will not hit "1" because I don't want to be spammed or agree to something so I just hang up.  I reported them on to the "do not call" registry.
