I received a call from 440 354 9927 stating I was being served with a court order to pay for a pay dayloan that I supposedly took out and did not pay back. I started asking questions and the gentleman on the end was so reluctant to give me any info. What little i did get didnt pan out to prove anything. When I said I think you are scamming me he yelled out "that was fine! We will see you in court. " I asked what court and he said it would all be in the paperwork sent to via mail. Sounds like a scam to me but would like confirmation.
