Not sure what or who they are they hang up when you question them Sounds like a scam reported it to the Attorney Generals Office as well as second district Lets hope they get investigated
Got an automated call from them stating that fraud charges were pending in my county against me. To further pursue this matter, press 9. I did. After a 5 minute hold I gave up. Recorded the call and am forwarding to the attorney generals office as well as FTC. Called them back and some black guy had had a recording due to high call volume, leave a message. Obviusly a fraud. Do not give money to them. Report them immediately. They are called County Arbitration Office, also called Kensington Capital, AFB, and Zenith financial.
