I just got a call from this number and what the recording translates to is "For paying your account on time you have been selected to receive a free watch or bracelet. To accept your gift press 1". I hung up and called back and it was an englis recording saying it was a travel related call. This is my secondary cell phone and I don't give it out to anyone so I know it's not from any accounts I hold anywhere. I registered my number on the do not call list and am filing a complaint.
