Lady called early this morning said her name and said she was calling about my computer. I was almost still asleep but I said go to hell. Then I hung up. I got scammed about 3 years ago when my daughter gave me a computer and I really knew nothing about this toy.
Just received 2 calls. CID Micro Electronics. Let it go to voicemail, left no message. Looked it up on line and says Micro Center out of Ohio. I am in GA. I think this number has been spoofed.
Received a call from this CID # 440-449-7000 could not understand the supposed company name because of the accent stating they are receiving lots of error reports from my computer and they could fix it in a jiffy all I had to do was give them access to the computer.... YEAH right!!!
Got a call from this number, answered it and they said they were calling about my computer. I told them my computer is fine and to stop trying to scam people. Hung up and now they are blocked!
