This is a telemarketer with a pre-recorded message. Says "this is Jennifer with Holiday Cruises on a recorded line, can you hear me OK?" I never reply Yes because that gets you in trouble (!!), but I say "I AM NOT INTERESTED. STOP CALLING ME AT WORK". It clicks over to a real person that says "OK" and hangs up. They call every day, no matter what I say to them.
You talking to them and taking their calls keeps them coming back. Give them a number that has no answer at all and hear nothing from anyone you don't care to.
