This is a recorded message where the "person" introduces themselves and then asks if you can hear them ok. They give a real name - like Joe. Says they're with the "Gifting Department". This is a scam. I immediately respond with "I am not interested, remove my number from your call list", but they simply disconnect and usually call back again later on, or the next day.
