JUST RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT I WON 500$ GIFT CARD FROM Target.. i know nothing about.

Ive been getting text messages from both this number and  704-675-3474 in the wee hours of the morning. This has to stop!!!! The same text message appears from both phone numbers. I did'nt sign up for anything using this phone number as it is private.......... Going to report this.
