Received a call from 440-591-6488, said her name was Linda Avila, asked to call back to 877-719-4440 ext 7661.
The call back number is for Windham Professionals. This was on another site:

Windham Professionals and they will also call repeatedly from land lines and have software to alter incoming calls.  Biggest trick out there these days is using your area code or that of your family that lives out of state or out of the local area code to have you answer the phone thinking you are receiving a call from your family.

9 out of 10 times they have purchased old debts that are near or past the 7 year actionable period.  If you are a victim of this method of illegal practices - file a complaint immediately.
