Jim, this won't stop the calls. This forum is for people to report suspicious or harassing calls and scams. Don't answer future calls from the number and consider getting a call blocker.
Just called my home phone at 930AM Tuesday. Caller ID said EXPRESS DEPT. A recorded female voice, who sounded like she was half asleep, read a spiel about "you may be eligible to receive a new topical pain reliever. Press 1 if you would like to speak to a live representative." I hung up. The only pain I suffer is when these scammers call me!
Received 5 (five) calls from this number this morning. Have asked them to take my number off the call list. They keep calling. Been going on for weeks now.
SCAM ALERT!!! Received a call from 567-245-9528 showing the phone number as ID too. Scam aimed at those with pain that need relief - the disabled and elderly are biggest target. The idea is to get your personal/insurance info, and possible credit card if not insured; DO NOT give out any of your info, as it is an illegal SCAM.
IGNORE this call and seek any pain relief via your doctor, or OTC meds that your pharmacist can recommend.
