I received a call at 8:45pm. It starts as a robocall (illegal) that has a woman's voice acting like she's a live person. After answering a few questions (I lied), I got to an operator named Jay. He said he was in Orlando Florida (no way to tell because the number was spoofed). I told him that I requested over a month ago from a different operator that I wanted no more calls from their company. I told him his company was now in violation. Before I could ask for more information he hung up. I have never been on a cruise or stayed at a resort (the robocall said I was receiving this call because I had in the past). Sounds like a scam or just an aggressive telemarketer that likes to lie.
