Very angry male voice leaving the same message as others with different phone numbers, certainly either a scam or a gross violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
Male and female messages last 2 weeks calling from this number and another Ohio number. Does not state the person they would to whom they wish to speak. Message is that a return call needs to be made by me or attorney or a legal matter will be forwarded to the state and that I was for-going any right to council. They then proceed to say good luck. Got the same exact message last year several times from Ohio. If it is a debt collector, they have wrong number for I don't have debt.
Total scam. They call off and on for weeks and then not again for months. Same lame message about a "legal matter set to be forwarded to your local Courthouse" ooooh such scary language! lolol These guys are fake as a $3 bill. Don't give them any money, do not let them talk, don't even bother asking questions, they are lying all the way through. Even when you call them back, they answer the phone such as : " Renee speaking, did you receive a call?" Get the f*** out of here, no legit debt collector or attorney answers the phone that way. Here is a wild idea, get a job losers!
