They claim I have a Verizon Wireless account in collections. I have been receiving mail from them saying this, and asking me to pay a settlement of half of what is owed, but I don't have any problem with my cell phone account. The mail that is coming isn't my name, just my address. Someone used my address and defaulted on their cell phone bill I guess. Anyway, the woman I spoke with was very nice.
