Who called from 4407827844

same as all below... why is this not illegal ?  why can they not be prosecuted?

Got a text message at 8 this morning, from [email protected] saying "MasterCardPrepaidDebitCardAccountLimited.Call:4407827844"

No spaces or anything fun like that. I called and it only lasted for 3 seconds before it auto hung up on me.

I personally will be calling this number multiple times at 3am.

Got a text at 6:53 am. that referenced Achieve Card and fraud then said call this number. So obnoxious -- I would love to help send these dirt bags to jail.

received a text saying my Bank of America debit card limited had a security Issue. I don't have a Bank of America Debit card.
