Who called from 4407872196

Received 2 phone calls from the number.  When I answered they hung up.

repeated calls from 1- 440 -787-2196 - no message from this number - unable to contact source - this is a harrassment type of call as best as can be determined - am reporting  this - need your help to stop
their selfish and disruptive way of  tying up communication and interrupting  important events  as they call your phone endlessly at any hour - stop the infantile jerks now

GET DAILY CALLS FROM SAME NUMBER - MULTIPLE TIMES - NEED TO STOP THEM- HAVE ALSO REPORTED THEM AS THEY INTERRUPT OFTEN - DISRUPTIVE  NUISANCE

I also am getting calls from 440-787-2196. They don't leave a message and when I call the number I get a "bleep" sound and then I am disconnected.

This is now happening to me... How do I make it stop? Suggestions? It says that the line is from Lorain... But I have no idea why a number in Lorain has my phone number
