Received a call and before I could say anything heard a thick male voice then dead silence as if someone turned a mic off. I just didn't say anything and waited to hear a greeting.  Nothing. After several seconds I just hung up.

Didn't answer- V/M activated, but 9 seconds PA silence.

Continues to call 1-2 times a day.  Annoying.  I watched a hearing in congress where they were saying it is the number one complaint of constituents.
