Who called from 4408450122

Caller dialed my super secret cell phone number.  Caller spoke with a incomprehensible accent (Indian from India possibly?) and therefore I was unable to understand why the caller dialed my number.
Prank? Crazy person playing with a telephone?
I don't know but if this number calls you, my advice is to block it and forget it.

Just got a call from this number.  Didn't pick up, they didn't leave a message.

Received a call from this number that was recorded Hung up. Will block.

I did not know who was calling, and did not understand what she said. This is annoying call

Called this morning --"Don't hang up this is not a sales call ..." spoken word by word with pause between. "Cleveland OH  1-440-845-0122" re blood thinner and compensation.... Identical opening to 203 437 7659 a few minutes earlier but that was about enquiry about back pain brace ......
