Who called from 4408650939

I received 2 texts for the with the same messages listed above.  Number (440)865-0939 and (440)865-0913; one at 12:57AM and the other at 4:05AM (4/21/2012).  I have my cell phone registered on the National Do Not Call List...I am not sure if it works with texts...but I registered a complaint with these numbers anyway.  I live in Watsonville, CA

I received three text messages in one night the last was 3 am.  i am a senior and would like this stopped now

Same here - the middle of the night texts are so annoying.  My husband just got a text from them on his cell, at 5:30pm.  I tried replying "stop" but only time will tell if it worked.
