Stop answering phone calls from numbers you don't recognize! These are spoof callers, the phone numbers aren't real. The more you answer, the more different spammers will call.
My call was from Joe and his recorded question started out with "can you hear me OK" so I said no and he said "this is Joe on a recorded line can you hear me OK" the second time and I said no and it disconnected. Joe has called me via several other phone numbers. It's interesting how they pre-record the caller because it doesn't always correspond with your answers.
