I received notice that my shared Bank account was to be garnished for a lawsuit from National Check Bureau. I was not invited by summons.They said they served me via regular postal carrier.There is a default judgement against me.They took 2064.00 out of that account that was not all mine.I broke my own rule and answered a call that was not known to me.{I was abused years ago by a man that I put in jail and he swore he would get even}I was desperate to get my friends money back as he is only guilty of saving me from my math skills only about half was my money.This woman called me repeatedly asking for ms sullivan {not my name}.She told me that she just kept dialing the wrong number.I have a son to support who is special needs.I am poverty level now due to the economy.I can not take anymore.This was insult to injury.I do truly believe this call was from NationalCheckBureau.
