It is a recorded call offering lower cc fees, I have turned them into the do not call list and will continue to turn them in everytime they call. Eventually they will get fined

They wanted to help lower my credit card fees - but they never said which card. Obviously a ploy.

I have received the credit card message before and have told them to remove my name. The Do not call list is a joke.  The number is 440-969-6214 and is for lower credit card fees.  I don't have a credit card!!!!
