I answered they hang up. This is becoming a pain they have called at least twice today.

I didn't answer but I suspect they are ambulance chasers. I had an accident report filed online and their calls started within minutes of it showing up on the police website. I got another call from one in Canton and I did answer and they Identified themselves.
