Supposedly  someone asking for donations to set up a fund for Police killed in line of duty. Family of Police killed in the line of duty in Ohio receive a settlement from the state. Sounded like another scam.  Asked for a person who doesn't live here but proceeded to give me his spiel, when I told him that person doesn't live here.
