I got 2 voice messages from this number and I could hear slight breathing for a few seconds. I dailed the number and my phone told me I needed to add (1) before the 144, saying it was a calling to the USA. I hung up. I live in Guatemala.
Does anyone know if thru this numbers they could hack a smartphone and get into all your personal data?? Help please!!
