I spoke with Arthur Pittman in August of 2016 and I gave him my card info to pay off this money that I owed on an old credit card. He informed me that he would email me a confirmation that this was completed and to this date I have yet to receive anything. The money was taken out of my account and whenever I call him to try and get some sort of clarification he doesn't answer or he says he will send something over. Still nothing.
Called several times, and didn't leave a message. Don't know anyone in MD, therefore, I did not answer. Now I received a call from someone claiming that they were going to be serving me with court documents as I am being sued? they gave a number of 443-205-1186 to call back to talk with someone about possibly settling my case?????
Don't respond to them. They are scamming people into believing you owe. Yesterday, I got a phone call saying the same thing from a lady by the name of "Caitlin Jennings " from a private number. When we called the number they provided , it was a gentlemen by the name of Andrew pigment. Long story short, it was in regards to a loan she had paid off back in 2011. I then called back, and provided the same reference number he gave to me and he said there was no such thing and he had never spoke to me a day in my life. DO NOT believe them.
I got th e same call from private # stating they work for R&S Management and that I will be served and sued... I gave them a call and they returned my call from the # mentioned 443-205-1186 and stating the same thing that I am going to be served and sued tomorrow and from.a private number and it was texted to my friend not to me and the person who called her was a private # was Angie Ross and the person who I talked with was Arthur Pitman
Jessica Green, an independent process server, was calling to deliver documents I could call the number of 443-205-4533 or 443-205-1186 if I wanted more information. Called on Monday suppose to deliver on Tuesday. Called on Tuesday suppose to deliver on Tuesday. Called on Wednesday saying was unable to locate me at my home or place of employment. Said it was a direct refusal to comply, I have been notified, All classic wording of a scam
