Just called, I didn't recognize number, so I put the call on Speaker and listened.  I can't believe the number of calls I receive from so many different area codes and I have an unlisted number!  Anyhow, a woman started speaking without my saying anything (yes!) and stated she wanted to speak with the person who handles the account for Atlantic City Electric.  Then she must have realized no one had spoken to her and she hung up!  You all should try this sometime when you get a call you don't know:  pick up the receiver after the phone has rung, and don't say anything.  Just keep quiet and no noise in the background.  I've done this a few times, and I'm finding it works that I don't get repeat phone calls.  Thanks to all on this site and others who post their crank phone calls and what they've found out.  It's really helpful.
