Caller ID: Nottingham MD. My dear 95 year old mother answered the phone thinking it was a someone else. The gentleman was polite enough. He had the correct last name associated with the number. His "canned" message basically stated that their records indicated that it was time to have our heating system checked. Well, we never used "Greenway" for anything. Mother was swift in telling him that we have a new system with a new maintenance agreement and wouldn't be needing their services. He was polite to her and said, "Thank you and have a good day". Well, since this company is Maryland based, supposedly, I decided to search and I couldn't find them.
